Finally!!! MTN discontinues support for Blackberry internet service

The battle against BlackBerry devices just took a new turn as mtn joined suit in discontinuing support for BIS on Blackberry devices. Etisalat were first to in the series and Glo followed suit.

BlackBerry being aware of all this development are currently working on ways to improve their devices as the set to launch the BlackBerry BBC100-1 that is coming with some awesome specs.

MTN is decommissioning all BlackBerry legacy Plan (BlackBerry OS plans). If you subscribe to any of the following plans on the table below, please be informed that it would no longer be available from 27th January 2017

One Good news is that BB10 devices will not be affected by the latest development. Also, if you have an active BIS Plan it would still be valid but renewal is no longer available.
